Dear dancers,<\/strong>
we are very much looking forward to the upcoming Equality Championship – and we are also a little bit excited if everything will work out as we would expect! We are probably a bit like you. But we are well prepared and have put together all the important information about your DM here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We regret if our English is not perfect and hope for your understanding. All important information will also be announced in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timetable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting list<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please check your names and club details on the starting lists. Sometimes the first and last name fields have been reversed. Actually, we should have corrected all this. If something else should be corrected, please leave a correction note only at the check-in. Your correction will then be forwarded to the competition management from the check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you will find the address of the Irena-Sendler-Schule and some more hints.<\/a>
In order to avoid traffic chaos in the area of the street “Am Pfeilshof”, a one-way-street-system will be set up on the competition days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking is possible in the streets Am Pfeilshof and Waldingstra\u00dfe as well as on the “ordinary” parking lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cheap alternative to the taxi in Hamburg could be the ridesharing service MOIA (https:\/\/www.moia.io\/de-DE\/hamburg). A cheap ride on the electric bus can be booked via smartphone app. [Unfortunately we do not receive any money for this reference, it is just a well-intentioned tip. ;-)]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-in<\/strong>

The entrance area will be divided into two parts. A box office for the visitors and the check-in for all dancers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Couple numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All couples were sorted alphabetically by the first-given surname and numbered from 1 to (currently) 72. Please do not be surprised: Due to registrations \/ cancellations, the couple numbers of the published start list do not necessarily coincide with your start number in the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive black couples numbers for which we collect 10 \u20ac deposit. You will get back 10 \u20ac after giving us back your number. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sick on tournament day or during the competition? We keep our fingers crossed that you are fit! Nevertheless, something can happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On site we have an first-aider. Please ask at the competition management, at the counter or at the check-in for help! If you are on-site and need to cancel one of your notifications, please inform the check-in, who will pass this on to the competition management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you can not even come to the Equality Championship, it’s best to do two things:
Please send an email to startmeldung@equality.saltatio.de AND call\/SMS to: +49 176 570 901 11. So you can be sure that we will receive your cancellation! Thank you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALL participants will get a certificate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final couples receive their certificates during the award ceremony. All couples who do not reach the final round of their competition, please collect your certificates at check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
